Unlike the comparable cases available in the Apple store which are now made to fit 12" - 13" laptops (the 12" PowerBook and the new Macbook), this case is specifically designed for the 12" PowerBook and thus fits over my PowerBook G4 perfectly. Because the case itself is so sleek, it works equally well as a sleeve (the carrying strap is removable and the handles can be tucked in). The only drawback is that it is SO sleek that you can't fit much in the side pockets and have to carry the power brick elsewhere.
I like the fact that the case adds virtually no extra weight while still having sufficient padding. The product is well-constructed with strong zippers and padded handles/strap. My husband bought a more expensive InCase sleeve and is now jealous of mine! The colour is fun, too. |
