Normally I won't buy a soundtrack without being able to hear a little of it before hand. After becoming obsessed with the show I decided to take a chance on the soundtrack. Let me tell you it FAR EXCEEDED my expectations. This is a very strong soundtrack and really kept my interest from the first track all the way till the end. I have tons of soundtracks to historical shows and movies and this one has become my favorite of them all. A definite must!!

Wow! Such beautiful music--very seductive, but also many sweet-sounding songs. Great for both studying and for calming down before sleep. Provides an inspiring background for [..], and also for motivation during walking and running. I think if this CD was played in public, we'd all feel a lot better.

Terrific soundtrack which captures the themes of this wonderful series. The great chemistry between the characters and the emotions driving them is beautifullly expressed in the score. Kudos to Trevor Morris...and I'm absolutely crazy about the the "Henry Meets Anne Boelyn" theme. Sublimates sex into celestial love. Dude!!!

I listened to the CD at sho.com and bought it at Amazon.com. I really like the way they were able to mix the music of the time period and use modern instruments to create the feel of a movie score.

I can't stop listening to this soundtrack. The music is simply beautiful-well written and well orchestrated. I wish the title track, which is my favorite, was a bit longer, but understand it is in keeping with the opening credits.

I have never been interested in a soundtrack to any movie or television show. But, I love this soundtrack. I listen to it in the car and at work. Love it!

I absolutely loved this soundtrack. It is amazing for that time that you can mix music and bring back the memory of watching the show. Each of the songs is a grate mix of new instruments sounding old. My favorite song has to be the joust because it sounds like they are really jousting. Each of the song is inspiring about everything about the tutors. Trevor Morris did an extant job on making this soundtrack.

It is great music, great musicians playing ancient instruments.
Very pleasant easy listening music.
The first and second episodes were great and it is nice to remember them.

I own Season 1 of this show. While I have very mixed feelings about the show, I love the music. I feel it's appropriate both to the period and to the action on the screen. And this theme has certainly become clearly identifiable with the series, what the director(s) and composer would wish for!

This was not what I expected. There are only 30second to 2 minute tracks.

This is not a negative opinion of the Trevor. He is a great music producer.
I just thought the tracks would be longer; making it more enjoyable to listen to.
