Blessed Relief from Plantar Fasciitis,

Tuli's Heavy Duty Gel Heel Cups, Regular (Under 175lbs)
Many years ago, I read in Soccer America of a USA team player who overcame heel bruise problems by using "Tuli heel cups." I filed that fact away in the back of my mind, never thinking it might come to benefit me one day. Flash forward to two years ago when plantar fasciitis (a fancy way of saying debilitating heel bruise) hit me in BOTH heels. My exercise dropped; my weight ballooned. A few months ago, the name "Tuli" magically returned in my mind. I Googled and found that the company is still in existence and still making heel cups. The rest is history. The very first day, with Tuli heel cups inserted inside my socks (and shoes), I hit the treadmill with remarkably little discomfort. I have a vigorous 40-minute walk every day -- on the treadmill and on concrete -- and feel the plantar fasciitis slowly diminishing. The best part is that I CAN walk without discomfort. The heel cups really work!

review of tuli heel cups,
This review is from: Tuli's Heavy Duty Heel Cups, Large (Over 175lbs) (Health and Beauty)
My podiatrist suggested these for bone spurs and achilles tendonitis. They are the best heel cups I have found. They have really reduced my heel and achilles pain. I would suggest them to anyone who suffers with this type of problem or pain.

Tuli's Heal Cups,
This review is from: Tuli's Heavy Duty Heel Cups, Large (Over 175lbs) (Health and Beauty)
My physical therapist recommended these for the heal pain I experience from losing the fat pad in my heal. She also recommended Croc shoes. I bought my Tuli's from Amazon because I could get 2 for the price that the therapist office was selling them for. I have been completely satisfied with the product. I have gone from limpping very badly to having some days that are totally pain free, walking normally.

Simply won't work for me!,

This review is from: Tuli'S Heavy Duty Heel Cup - Regular #10212 (Health and Beauty)
As an RN (and avid walker), I'm almost constantly on my feet on very hard surfaces, sometimes for 12 hours, or longer. As a result, I have been dealing with the pain of plantar fasciitis that is minor in one foot, but it has me limping, at times, with the other. Anyone with PF knows the tenderness experienced with those first morning steps, particularly after a hard workout the previous day. It is not pleasant!
After reading the recommendations for the Tuli's heel cups, I immediately ordered a pair. I have given them an adequate therapeutic trial, moving them between several pair of my favorite athletic shoes. So far, I have not found a single pair of my shoes, that fit properly when adding these heel cups. The heel cups raise my heel in the foot-bed, to the point that the shoe hits too low on the heel. The result: my heels slide up and down in the shoes---with every single pair. Talk about blister potential. On the positive side, these heel cups do provide heel protection and absorb some shock. They appear to be made very well and would likely last a good while. Many report that they work well for them and have provided improvement. So, they may work for you---maybe my heels are just goofy. But, to be honest, I have found much more relief with Dr. Scholl's Back Pain Relief Orthotics, with heel shock guard. This is a full shoe insert, that stays in place in the shoe, and it doesn't alter the shoe fit. They really soften the heel-strike. After comparing the Tuli's with the Dr. Scholl's, I think the Scholl's product is five stars---and I'm sticking with them.

Worked for me,

I had what I thought was Planter Fasciitis(PF). A podiatrist I went to, told me that I don't PF, what I suffer from is a lack of padding (ie, fat pad) on the heels of my feet. And that was the cause of my pain. He recommended these heel cups to me. I was very skeptical that they would do anything positive. I was wrong, with in a week of constant use the pain went away. I was surprised and very happy. I have been using these for a few years now, and have tried other brands. These are the best ones I have used so far.

These rock, especially since they last forever, unlike any others I have found. Made my heel and achilles pain vanish, and I don't say this lightly!

Great Solution for Heel Spurs,
This review is from: Tuli's Classic Heel Cups - Large (over 175 lbs.) (Health and Beauty)
My husband has heel spurs that flare up every now and then. The Tuli Heel Cups give him relief and after a few weeks he is able to dispense with wearing them altogether, until they flare up again. It has been several years since the last time he wore them. He has tried the gel cups but they do not work like these do. He swears by the Tuli's Heel Cups and recommends them to anyone who endures the pain of heel spurs.

I've only recently been suffering from plantar Fasciitis in my right foot, and looked on-line for ways to help reduce my pain. I bought Tuli's heavy duty heel cups because of the good reviews. I have to admit that the first 2 days of wearing these, I felt no improvement. However, I decided to keep wearing them and by day 3, felt an improvement. By the end of the week, my sore foot pain was diminished by about 70%. For the price, it does an incredible job of helping to ease the pain.
The only reason that I didn't give it a 5-star rating was because these things take up room in the shoes. I found that I couldn't fit these AND my feet in some of my favorite shoes, but with my sneakers, I could adjust the laces to give my feet more room. With that being its only downfall, I would highly recommend these for relief.

My doctor recommended these when I had plantar fasciitis years ago. I've continued to use them as well as to stretch before any extended walking, and my plantar fasciitis has never returned.

I am very pleased with these heel cups--without them, the pain from my plantar's fasciitis would be unbearable. Great buy!
