5.0 out of 5 stars True Musical Genius, October 28, 2000
This review is from: Tumblers (Audio CD)
I had the opportunity to see The Tumblers perform at the Bethlehem Music Festival in Bethlehem, Pa this past summer and I had to have this album. These three were absolutely incredible to watch and their CD is nothing less than amazing. Their songs are catchy, well thought out, and you'll be singing along the first time you here them. It is unreal. I can't wait to see them again! This is a no-brainer! It's a must have in anyones CD collection!

5.0 out of 5 stars great pop-punk band with a history, October 26, 2009
This review is from: Tumblers (Audio CD)
The Tumblers (formerly named Grieving Eucalyptus) were one of the seminal bands in the thriving 1990s pop-punk scene in the Lehigh Valley of PA, along with Weston (Go-Kart Records, Mojo/Universal Records), Digger (Hopeless Records), and a few other bands. G.E.'s first 7" was released by legendary hardcore bandleader Kevin Seconds after he saw the band live while on tour. This band is a ton of fun, with male/female vocals trading verses, pop-punk songs influenced by 50's rock, and excellent punchy production. G.E.'s one full-length CD (Just Plain Rock 'n Roll) is also a blast-and-a-half, if you can find it, but the fidelity is not as good as this CD. Tha band has broken up, but all members still live in the Lehigh Valley, PA area and are doing other various projects.

5.0 out of 5 stars Outstanding CD, June 14, 2005
This review is from: Tumblers (Audio CD)
This cd is outstanding. Unfortunately, the Tumblers have since disbanded, but I know the drummer really well and he hooked me up with a copy of this cd. The songs are all great, you can really get into them. Best thing is they aren't all drawn out like most of today's rock. It's really worth a listen.
