This is a fabulous roasting dish. Easily holds a large chicken and I like the pour spout to drain off the excess juice. Cleans like a dream - dishwasher safe. Far more attractive than the metal versions. Love it!

This vertical roaster creates a perfect chicken every time! While the chicken rests before slicing, strain the pan juices from the center cup and reduce by 1/2 to 3/4 in a sauce pan. Wisk in mustard and/or cream for texture and flavor and pour the sauce over the sliced chicken (and mashed potatoes).

I wish the cup part was a bit taller. I cooked a large hen for a lot of people, and had to prop it with potatoes to keep it upright. The hen was deliciious, moist and tender. next time I will buy a smaller bird!

Yummy and Easy Chicken
