5.0 out of 5 stars You're search for a 5th Gen Nano Cover/Case should end here..
Just purchased this item and I must say it's everything I was looking for in a case/cover for my 5th Gen Nano. Securely protects Nano without interfering with all of the controls. Not bulky, armband included, perfect for the gym. A must have!!!

3.0 out of 5 stars its ok
I'm using a ipod nano 5th gen 16gb,I Have to stretch out the protector at the bottom in order to plug in earbuds. The strap is itchy (both sides) and too small for my biceps where I prefer them to be. Very tight fit, uncomfortable. They're ok on the forearm but that is not the ideal place for workouts. The screen protectors are a joke, attracts tons of dust & bubbles, is...

4.0 out of 5 stars Great armband for Nano/Nike+, December 14, 2009

This is the perfect arm bad for the Nano/Nike+. I can remove the rubber case from the arm bad to use when I am not running. The band is very comfortable and easy to adjust. I barely notice it when running! Also, the Nike+ sensor fits on the case.

Minus one star - my only complaint is no screen guard. Because of that I won't use this in the rain. If you live in a part of the country where it rains often (I'm in dry San Francisco), you should look into a waterproof arm band. Unless you only run in the gym! But in the mean time, this works for me.

Also, product arrived on time, sooner than expected even.

5.0 out of 5 stars Superior Customer Service, November 17, 2009

This review is from: Tuneband for iPod Nano 5th Generation (with Camera, Model Number A1320), Grantwood Technology's Armband, Silicone Skin, and Screen Protector for iPod Nano 5th Generation (Model Number: A1320, 8GB/16GB/Camera), Assorted Colors (Accessory)
The armband is, of course, very reliable. It does not loosen when I work out. What I want to note is the purchasing this was a best customer service experience I had in years. I have 5th generation iPod nano, but purchased the silicone skin for the 4th generation. Grandwood kindly emailed me, informing that they would replace the silicone skin that fits the 5th generation free of charge. They processed the replacement in two business days (I contacted on Thursday and received the item on Monday) and they let me keep the silicone skin for the 4th generation, even though it was my fault that I purchased the wrong one.

4.0 out of 5 stars magic band, November 11, 2009
This review is from: Tuneband for iPod Nano 5th Generation (with Camera, Model Number A1320), Grantwood Technology's Armband, Silicone Skin, and Screen Protector for iPod Nano 5th Generation (Model Number: A1320, 8GB/16GB/Camera), Assorted Colors (Accessory)
After buying the shoe pouch I couldn't wait for the 5th generation tuneband to be released.... and when it arrived it did not disappoint. My new nano is held firmly in place , the band is comfortable and moves naturally when I exercise (doesn't pull nor pinch my arm). A MUST have when using the Nikeplus to track your runs

5.0 out of 5 stars Excellent Product & Customer Service, February 21, 2010
Amazon Verified Purchase(What's this?)
I purchased this product and gave up on the screen protector very quickly mainly because I followed the directions loosely (I always do!). The silicone skin protector fits the Nano very well and protects it from the elements. I left customer service my feedback about the product and figured that was the end of it. I was pleasantly surprised when I got a couple of emails from customer service to follow up on my experience and offered to replace the product. Since I only had an issue with the screen protector, I declined the offer. To my surprise, within a few days I got a package in the mail containing a couple of screen protectors and an email describing where I went wrong. I followed the directions more closely this time and the screen protector worked just fine. At first, it was hard to believe the screen protector was sandwiched between two outer layers, but after removing the first outer layer and lining up the screen protector with the screen, it became obvious that that was the case. I bought many things in the past and dealt with many customer service representatives, but none came close to such level of dedication and professionalism.

A description of how to correctly apply the screen protector follows.

1. MAKE sure the screen is as CLEAN as possible. Use the cloth to CLEAN it and keep all dust and particles away.

2. The screen protector is a sandwich of THREE clear layers. A tab will mark the first layer. Slowly pull on the tab to lift the clear plastic layer #1. The tab pulls up a clear layer, exposing the sticky layer that will be placed on the screen.

3. Go slowly applying it. Line it up well and if you get a few small bubbles, don't panic. They can be pressed out and can even dissipate over time.

4. Once applied, pull off the top mask (clear plastic layer, marked with the tab #2). Pull up the tab WITH the clear plastic layer (the tabs mark the clear plastic masks/layers that protect the screen protector. Pull up the tab with the clear layer).

4.0 out of 5 stars Good Armband, December 13, 2009

This armband solved the "sweat" issue with armbands. The Tuneband armband raises the ipod above the arm and reduces the moisture. Other armbands that enclose the ipod also enclose all of the moisture. Also the armband fits great without having to over-tighten. The only thing I wish it had was a compartment for either a key or Nike+ sensor like other armbands.

This armband is well worth the money.

4.0 out of 5 stars pod arm band, February 2, 2010
Amazon Verified Purchase(What's this?)
I purchased this band for my wife so she would be able to use her Nano during workout. She has stated the arm band works great, and is very comfortable on her arm. She uses the band at least 4 times per week. She would reccommend this band to all that want the pod to be used during workout.

4.0 out of 5 stars Great case!, January 13, 2010

I purchase the pink case with armband for working out. It's working great! I have large arms and the armband is large enough to fit with a little room left over. The only problem I had was with plugging in my earbuds. I have to use non-Apple earbuds, so the connection through the case needed to be adjusted by pulling the case around the base of the earbud plug.

5.0 out of 5 stars Works great for distance running!, January 30, 2010

This review is from: Tuneband for iPod Nano 5th Generation (with Camera, Model Number A1320), Grantwood Technology's Armband, Silicone Skin, and Screen Protector for iPod Nano 5th Generation (Model Number: A1320, 8GB/16GB/Camera), Assorted Colors (Accessory)
I use this with my Nano and Nike+ and it stays in place on my arm. I am only five feet tall and have a small arm, so I was worried the band would be too big, as many other types are. It's adjustable enough that it will fit fine without having it slip during movement; the velcro goes all the way around so I can put it on tight and adjust easily for a bare arm or over clothing. It's lightweight and comfortable, and I can wear it on a long run for a couple hours without any problem, and the Nike+ tracks distance just fine and doesn't fall out (I had another brand that would not fit with the Nike+ connector and it would fall out of the jacket with movement). Love it!

5.0 out of 5 stars Amazing!, May 13, 2010
This review is from: Tuneband for iPod Nano 5th Generation (with Camera, Model Number A1320), Grantwood Technology's Armband, Silicone Skin, and Screen Protector for iPod Nano 5th Generation (Model Number: A1320, 8GB/16GB/Camera), Assorted Colors (Accessory)
This is a wonderful product. The armband fits tightly and snugly without chafing and rubbing, and it can withstand a lot of sweat without budging an inch!

Another review complains of the lack of a screen guard. However, (unexpectedly) included in my order was a screen protector for both the iPod screen and the wheel. Very pleasant surprise.

Overall, the armband has certainly exceeded my expectations, and Grantwood Technology's service made it all the better! Very highly recommended!
