This is not a Palm OEM cable and it is low quality. It is a retractable cable form factor and the retract feature stopped working right away. Very thin cable, expect it will fail completely in short time period. Also worth noting that there is NO SYNC BUTTON on the cable.

Finally, the photo below is not accurate compared to actual product which I received.

This cable not only doesn't have a hotsync button, but won't hotsync with the software either. Maybe it's an incompatibility with my 700p, but I wouldn't recommend this if you have a 700.

It is not working with Treo 650. I compared the metal teeth at the connection end. My original palm version has 5 teeth. But this one only has 4 teeth. It can only charge the unit but not able to synchronize.

combo cable works perfectly; charge time is shorter vs manufacturer's provided charge cable. nice to have combo cable-one less cable to clutter work area.

This power cord was a great buy, at just over $10 including shipping. However the product description did not indicate that the cord does not have a hot sync button, which is necessary for a LiveDrive handheld device. I was not able to use this cord.

A good quality cable for the price you would expect an item like this to cost. The item loses some points for not having a hot sync button on the plug like the Palm version does. You can activate the hot sync via the palm applications screen.

I ordered the cable to use w/ my T/X. It has a different configuration for the connection thus, I cannot use it!

The cable I received is only a sync cable. It does not have the charging pins and access to insert a charger. I'm very disappointed with this product because it is useless for the charging mode. This looked like the OEM cable I lost. I was using the OEM cable to plug my charger in because my Treo would not charge with the charger plugged directly into the phone

Product received in a reasonable period of time. Product was used for the Palm Tungsten E2 PDA as a Sync/Charging Cable. A big negative was that the description should have stated a hot sync button was not available and that you must sync using the icon on the handheld. However, cable does work fine and I would make the purchase over again. Good price. Acceptable product.

This is a great product. Just what I needed. I read several reviews about people complaining that there was no HotSync button on the cord. But that was OK for me especially since all you have to do is tap the HotSync on the Palm.
