Book Description

*****3 Weeks on the Action Thriller Novels #100 Best Sellers List.*****

Mike McDaniels has the perfect life; a loving wife, two beautiful kids, he’s a pillar of the community.

Then insanity strikes in the form of a madman with a rifle. Next he’s targeted by the mob. Finally, his brother gets mixed up with terrorists and their evil plot to kill Americans.

He tries telling the police, but they don’t believe him. His family and friends don’t believe him either.

But it’s true…horribly true…

Now he's forced to act. Will all his skills as a Tae Kwan Do expert keep him alive when so much is at stake?

Only time will tell...And so little remains before the bomb maker and the vicious sleeper cell unleashes hell on the city of Boston.

***Tunnel Vision-The Bomb Maker Arrives in Boston***is a new and exciting action thriller novel by James E. Craven. It is full of suspense and intrigue. You won't be able to put it down, for this action thriller book about terrorism in the city of Boston is a real page turner.

Read the excerpt from Chapter 4.

"A heavy weight descended on Rasheed, and life took on new meaning. It was no longer whispered meetings in dark rooms or hurried errands storing smuggled weapons from overseas. The game was over, and there was no going back. He shuddered, knowing.
The terror cell was active."

Be prepared, for "Tunnel Vision-The Bomb Maker Arrives in Boston" may keep you awake well after everyone else is sleeping. This action packed, suspense filled novel will transport you into the minds of terrorists, mobsters, prostitutes, drug dealers, criminals, martial arts experts, policemen, FBI, loving housewives and many other interesting characters.

This novel is in no way associated with the events of the Terrorist attack at the Boston Marathon in 2013. God bless those who were affected (especially the victims and first responders.)

5.0 out of 5 stars Gripping tale December 6, 2012
Format:Kindle Edition|Verified Purchase
I was drawn to this book by a great cover, and held to it by a gripping, compelling tale. It's a good read with plenty of twists and turns. If you enjoy action thrillers, this is one for you. And I've written plenty of them, including my last QUIET OPS. Don't miss either of them.

5.0 out of 5 stars Action, Suspense, and Intrigue! December 8, 2012
Format:Kindle Edition
Author James Craven creates unsuspecting character Mike McDaniel who takes on the "bad guys" with style once he realizes what's really going on and that no one else will aid him. He exhausts other avenues before accepting the challenge himself. If you love suspense and action reads, you'll love this book. The action is non-stop, the situations are demanding, and the end is surprising. Author James Craven takes the reader through the perils of Mike McDaniel without missing a beat. This book is a very readable and exciting find!

2.0 out of 5 stars Gave it a Chance... January 14, 2014
Format:Kindle Edition|Verified Purchase
Sorry, didn't like it. The writer builds up short-lived characters and tends to ramble. In dire need of an editor that knows what he is doing. The main character has had some tragedy in his life and it takes several hundred pages to finally get to where he is going to do something about it. The book drags endlessly on and on.

Another thing is the new author's treatment of those who don't like his book which I find is not going to help him with future sales. I've noted that he goes to the critic's OTHER comments and queries them there rather than here at the Amazon book entry. He better not try that with me. It's unprofessional.

In future series, tighten up your writing. Decide what is the eventual goal of your protagonist. Get an editor.

At least James tries and I do give him kudos for that.

2.0 out of 5 stars Too much sex and violence April 12, 2013

Everyone is always fighting. There were ethnic stereotypes used. The sex was often gratuitous - in my opinion. I would have liked to have the author explore the relationship between the brothers more.

3.0 out of 5 stars Tunnel Vision-The Bomb Maker Has Arrived January 4, 2013
Format:Kindle Edition|Verified Purchase
A frightening story because it could happen any tick of the clock anytime anywhere. Probably too much irrelevent sexual activity

2.0 out of 5 stars Not up to standard January 4, 2013
Format:Kindle Edition|Verified Purchase
As an avid reader of this genre of books I find the story line to be weak and the characters un-lifelike. Rather frivolously, I believe the books title reflects the way of life of the author. Better luck next time.
