Barely Works, January 22, 2012

I bought this used on ebay for $75 in perfect condition in the box
ive been using it for months now in a sump with the exact same water level
all i get is light brown tea colored water hardly any foam
its very sensitive to the adjustment knob, turn it a little bit too much either way and you will get not enough foam or too much and the cup will overflow with water
