Tupperware Modular Mates Rectangular 2 Container in Red Passion

I recently replaced my decorative-but-inefficient canisters with a set of Tupperware Modular Mates, and I couldn't be happier. They are a nice weight/thickness, and the lids seal easily. I wanted containers big enough to store an entire package (ie. a 5lb bag of sugar, etc), with enough space for a bit extra (so I didn't have to run out completely before restocking, and to allow some room to level a measure over the container). Initially I was going with all rectangles, but found myself wanting a square for brown sugar as the Rectangle 2 just seemed too huge (while the Rectangle 1 just seemed too shallow).

In case the amounts might help someone else make a decision, I currently have:
5lbs+ (probably 7-8lbs?) of all-purpose flour in a Rectangle 3
5lbs of bread flour in a Rectangle 2
5lbs+ (6-7lbs?) of sugar in a Rectangle 2
1lb+ (1.5lbs?) of brown sugar in a Square 2

I have been buying tupperware for many years and as always they have put out a product that stands up to abuse and does what it is suppose to do. I recommend this product to those who need something that keeps product contained.

We are a tupperware family. Maybe because of having raised three children and no problem dropping containers. Although it is considerably expensive the investment is worthwhile because there is a life-time warranty on the product.

I use this container for everything! It fits nicely in the refrigerator and can hold a variety of things. It is often filled with cookies, cupcakes, various leftovers, veggies, etc. I personally hand wash to prevent the lid from warping in the dishwasher.

I ordered two containers and the shipping was quite fast.. I have used Tupperware for years and I know that the product will last a long time. This size fits on the shelf perfectly with my older and smaller size containers. I have extra space now and will be ordering 2 more of this size which will complete my organizing project.

Tupperware Rectangular 2 is very sturdy and versatile. I use it for storing kitchen food items on the shelves. I have had some for 20 years and they are still going strong. Recommend for keeping items sorted.

This container is awesome! I wanted some rectangular containers because they fit better in the refrigerator. This one is very sturdy, closes tightly and holds a lot of food.
