Great for smoothies
I use this for protein smoothies all the time. Cap is a bit tricky to close at first as the plastic is rigid out of the box, but as it wears over time it becomes easier. Definitely recommend this for anyone who wants a quick and easy way to mix up a smoothie/shake at work or home.

tupperware quick shake purple
I've been looking for one of these for a long time and was very glad to find it here. Unfortunately, the small clip on top doesnt fit. C onsequently, the container cant be closed rendering the item useless. And, it wasnt cheap.
