I too had trouble with this at first...but I made my own bubble solution and it worked great. In fact that is why I came online, to order more for all the kids that meet in the playground afterwork. I bought mine from target and now that the season is over I can't find it in the store. I just did a simple solution, 1c water to 2T of dish soap and it makes amazing bubbles no matter what wand/tool/gun you use. This product is great for tiny toddler hands.

Broke after one use. My son was really bummed so I found one at Target and didnt have to pay the shipping fee that was more than the gun itself.

Purchased this piece of junk and the propeller only went backwards, which means NO BUBBLES! Tried it out before I embarrassed myself in front of my grand daughter.
