I love this DVD. It came yesterday and I couldn't be happier. I was unsure if this was a total body workout or not and it is. The DVD includes light weights and an exercise band workout but can be done without them.

There are two girls in the DVD that show a less intense and more intense workout than what Chalene is doing. The routine was shot during one of her classes and is easy to follow for a live routine.

There is also a bar on the bottom of the screen that tells how much longer the routine is. It is very helpful. However, with Chalene the workouts seem to breeze by and I hardly even looked at the bar.

I highly recommend this DVD.

Absolutely love Chalene and her DVDs... having so much fun and recently discovered that I have ABS! Looking forward to seeing a SIX PACK... on MY body! Unbelievable... Never ENJOYED a workout till now! Never saw such results until now!

I LOVE Charlene Johnson and the Turbo Jam series, but I have to say I was sadly disappointed in this DVD program. I felt it was really slow moving and not terribly challenging or effective. I had a sore tush after doing the exercises but the program is not even close to as enjoyable as most of the others. The Cardio Party DVDs are phenomenal and fun and I was expecting the same from this workout. Sad to say...it will be shelved.
