I've had this dryer for about two years and it worked great. However, last week it started going off and on while I was using it. Then something inside of it exploded, sending large orange balls of flame in all directions. In 30 years of using blow dryers, I have never experienced anything like this. The company name says Wellong on the plug, but I've been unable to locate them in order to register a complaint. But I would warn anyone against purchasing this dryer. I've also used the Super Solano and would recommend that brand instead.
