This is the first time I have ever felt the incredible need to write a review, probably because this is one of the worst purchases I have ever made. As a retired engineer it has been 5 years since I used Vectorworks. At present my drafting needs are minimal and Vectorworks is quite expensive, hence my great mistake of buying Turbocad Mac Pro. The only way this program rates one star is that it is as low as you can go, a more correct rating would be a minus 3 stars. To summarize the qualities: Documentation is awful. Customer service doesn't exist. Scaling a drawing in any reasonable scale is impossible. Any reduction in scale from 1:1 results in the text or dimension numbers being too small to read. I wasted 6 hours trying to draw a simple plot plan and couldn't do it. I would like to put this on ebay and get rid of it for any price, but I can't do this to another human being.

This product is not allowing me to activate it as I do not have a activation code in the box. Please help

I just bought TurboCAD recently, and I must say, it is a godsend. It has features that make drawing tons easier, and is very fun to use.

IMSI has proven time and again that they have no interest in developing serious CAD software for Macintosh or providing useful documentation and helpful customer support for the same. It is scandalous that they are allowed to continue to package and sell this junk.

My worthless copy of version 3 is promptly going in the trash. I would be a fool to even consider upgrading to this version 4.
