I do have the TurboJam set, so I didn't have a problem keeping up with any of the moves. This DVD has very basic choreography that Chalene goes over with you before each fire drill. Overall, I believe that it's easy to follow and one hell of a workout! After each drill I couldn't believe how hard I was breathing and how energized I felt. I religiously workout on my treadmill for 45 minutes each workout and those entire workouts don't compare to how I felt after this 15 minute TurboFire workout. This workout brought me back to how I felt during my "hell week" conditioning for high school sports.
I would definitely recommend purchasing this DVD, especially if you are interested in the complete TurboFire program and you are looking for something a little more intense that will kick your butt.Read more ›
