Another winner from Brian Tracy. Each chapter looks at a different aspect of running a business (see the table of contents and you'll understand what I mean), giving solid advice and intelligent answers. A good read for any entrepreneur, or in fact anyone involved in enhancing the success of a business.

Brian Tracy is no doubt the leading expert on success and acheivement. In this program, Brian unveils a technique he calls "Turbo Strategy" to help you achieve results faster and easier than ever before. Brian shows you how to remain flexible during trubulent and competitve times.

Must reading for any entrepreneur.

It's one of those "how to . . . in 10 or less steps" business book It is useless information that anyone with common sense can figure it out. Says things like:

"Achieving a specific level or profitability will require producing and selling specific quantities of products or services to a specific market in a specific way" (page 24)Come on! tell me something usefull

Don't buy it.

This book is just what the doctor ordered for me. I perused many books on business planning as I felt a good book would help me take my business to the next level. All I saw was garbage, until I bumped into this book. It is not longwinded, but is right on target if you want a no nonsense business planning book. It's worth a lot more than it's sticker price, to say the least.

Clear concise task list of what to do. Each section has a 7 point summery. Would be nice it the book came with a word template to get you started(so had to write one). Each of the 21 topics are very concentrated, almost pointers to other books one of which are points elaborated in "Steve Covey's 7 Habits" book the other related must read is the "Yes or No guide to better decisions by Spencer Johnson" ISBN 0-00-104661-6

If you are doing a business trip, dont leave the airport without it, and take a pencile to make margin notes.

Brian Tracy is a guy who has a way of simplifying complex issues and in this small business guide he does it again. It is an easy read and one packed with some simple yet powerful ideas. If youre looking for business ideas to take your business to the next level then this is a good start. Worth the read and then some

Brian Tracy knows a thing or two about business. He has personally consulted with over 500 companies in addition to creating his own super successful enterprises.

This book is not a complete "how to" but offers information that you won't find anywhere else. Best of all it works!

Fans of MBA business degree programs may scoff at this work, but how manyof those people, including college professors who teach MBA programs are making money from a business or even own one? And how much of their advice really works? I rest my case.

According to Tracy (and other well documented research), 80% 0f all businesses fail within their first 4 years and of those that succeed, probably 85% are losing money. Brian offers advice to put you into the top 20% that succeeds and stays in business.

I recommend this book along with Victory. Read and follow the advice in both and then watch your company SOAR to new levels of achievement.
