This product really makes my life easier. I think it's worth the price for the time I save. I also like the It's deductible segment for charitable donations. I've used Turbotax for many years now and would highly recommend this product. It really makes filing taxes a lot easier.

And I like how it pulls your personal information fromt the year before so there is less chance for errors.

Amazon should put in big letters at the top of the description "DOES NOT INCLUDE FREE STATE DOWNLOAD." The title of the software matches up exactly with the product that the TurboTax website recommends for purchase for users with a need to file a state tax return. It does not say, nor does Amazon, that the State tax download is not included, nor does it tell that it will be 29.95 to purchase afterwards instead of the $5 that it costs upfront. I am now in the middle of a 45 minute hold with TurboTax (on Jan 24!) to get this fixed.

I purchased this product as I have many times in the past believing it would come with the State Return for one state, as I have always purchased it in the past. Be very sure you want THIS edition, as it's $5 less and does NOT come with a free state (which will cost you another $30) so make sure you pay the extra $5 up front and not be misled into buying the non-state containing product!

This is a reliable timesaver and moneysaver for your

tax declaration.

I absolutely suggest anyone, like me, who can't even balance their

checkbook to use this tax declaration tool.

You won't regret it...

TurboTax worked very well for pointing out possible deductions and walking me through questions on everything from income to expenses--but at the end, it threw an error message telling me that I couldn't actually file my returns yet, because TurboTax didn't include the final version of the actual tax return forms. When I called their 1-800 number for availability, the recording said that the final versions wouldn't be available until mid-March. Yikes!

I used to HATE doing my taxes! Now with Turbo-Tax I almost look forward to doing them. I clearly would purchase to Deluxe version or higher. If you can get away with the Basic version- you probably could just file the 1040EZ and be done with it. I would consider myself fairly attuned to tax info; Turbo Tax always finds something that I would have forgotten. Top notch product.

Although Turbo Tax is advertised as the Deluxe version having one state that goes with it, this Deluxe version does not have that. I had to work with Intuit Customer support and to their credit, they finally made the state portion available to me by download. But the advertising on this was very misleading.

I have used TT for about ten years. Bot this one the end of January. After doing two kids' online (free) Started our joint return. Can't file due to no forms. Can't download update. Called for free CD middle of February. Today is March 22. Nothing. No followup. Called today and got automated system. Told to expect delivery "in about two weeks."!!! I will be lucky if I don't need to file for an extension! Too important to risk using again. Will not buy the CD ever again. May try online, but probably time to try different software. Too bad. It was great for a while. Fire the marketing department. $35 including a filing rebate will be fine. Two products: Home and Business will be fine. Restore the music. 2006 TT : F

It took me step by step through all possible deductions. Greatly recomment it.
