If your looking for an all around Martial Arts shoe that you can use for bag work as well as sparring , than look no further these shoes are a great deal..I have only owned them for 5 weeks but I must say for the price If I get 8 months of good trainning out of them I will order agian..they have no laces to tie but fit nice and snug even at my normal shoe size , have no problem using with full shin and foot protection, and no problem pivioting when i kick nice shoe for the price .

This is a good workout shoe. However, I would not recommend it for martial arts practice. I use them for various types of training, i.e., dumbell workouts. But, they are not quite durable enough for say, karate. The interiors of the shoes come loose fairly fast from vigorous motions, although the outer shoe holds up pretty well.
