These are incredibly warm vests. I've had to take mine off inside at times. They're absolutely excellent for layering on top or underneath. I was amazed at the price and was willing to try one for that reason. I went back later to get several more colors to coordinate with favorite fall and winter clothing. I wore one as layering on a canoe trip, felt it helped block wind and kept my center very comfortably warm They are well-made too and stand up to washing and the dryer. To avoid piling, I zip them up, turn them inside out and dry on low. I know they're supposedly for men but I wear 'em too and "ain't I a woman"? Terrific value and good style for not so many dollars!

I purchased this vest not knowing anything about the company. I am happy to say I made a good choice because the product quality is excellent. The seams are well -stitched , the armholes are faced, the zipper is sturdy and has a good zipper-pull. Also, the vest has a very nice-fitting cut and the fabric is of good quality.Thank You, Turfer Sportswear.

this is a great piece, the styling is so much nicer than the basics you see at other sellers and the Katahdin Tek fleece is anti pill, mine looks good after the harsh winter we just had.

This vest is a great value. I was skeptical at first so I only bought one. This is perfect for the spring in NYC... I am going to buy all the colors now. Great styling, too.

Not a 5-star vest because there are no zippers on the pockets, and things tend to fall out when you sit down. They also fit a little snug at the arm holes. The tag says "do not tumble dry", but I've been throwing mine in the washer and dryer with no problems. They are very comfortable and warm(good for 50 degrees with a t-shirt,) and great for layering under a shell in the snow. I started with a black vest, now I have six. Be careful, the red vest is bright.

...in the cool but not cold mornings. Stylish and well priced. Also looks good with jeans and casual wear.

I purchased these vests in 3 colors, to match the colors I wear most. I am a woman, but bought the men's version. The women's version is fitted and I prefer comfort. They are so soft and just the right weight for CA winters. If I get too warm I can wear it unzipped.They're great for traveling as well, light weight and very wrinkle resistant. I prefer them to a jacket most of the time. They were also the best price out there.

I simply love this vest. It is so comfortable and warm that I find excuses to wear the outfits it goes with. I will have to buy other colors. I highly recommend it.

This is a very nice vest, loved the color blue i chose and it's made very nice, also it washed well and cozy warm!!!

This item was sent directly from Amazon to my daughter-in-law. Her report is that she loves the thing and wears it a lot around their Alaska home. My concern, beyond quality, was would it fit? Some products I have ordered have been way smaller than the labeled size. This one was was sized as I expect in any U.S. good clothing store.
