Rodney Johns has a bachelor's degree in Plant Science from the University of Missouri at Columbia, as well as an AS in Business and Turf and a greenhouse management diploma. He has nearly 10 years of experience in the golf course industry, and was a superintendent of a golf course for 4 years.

Mr. Johns also has spent nearly 15 years in the lawn and landscaping industry. He currently owns Arki-Tec Landscaping and Sales LLC, a company that offers complete landscaping and lawn care services. If there is one book that is a "Must Have" for the lawn maintenance Pro it is this one. Explanations from why lawn maintenance is a good business to detailed information on how to manage and run your business. Keep it in your work truck, it will come in handy for weeds and chemicals etc. If you are serious about being a professional and setting your self apart from the rest in your field, buy this book.
