This textbook has much useful information for students preparing for a career in the turfgrass industry. It does not go into great depth on sports fields and golf courses, but there are other books that cover those details.

This book is FULL of useful information, and I mean FULL. It is clear, concise and to the point. Covering both warm and cool season grasses in a well written and easy to read format, along with useful illustrations and diagrams. This book is geared towards the whole turf industry, not just golf, which is refreshing.

A great textbook, and a great reference book, I recommend it for any turf or landscaping professional.

This book was the best thing when it came to learning about Turf management because it is easy to follow. A lot of books out there are not so easy to follow and this one was very easy. The book tells you how much you need to use to water your lawn successfully and not over do it. It tells you what kind of Pesticides you should use on what plants. And best of all you learn Which grasses are which. So I am very happy that this book existed and hope that all of you enjoy it too.

Very happy with this purchase. The book came on time, and was in better condition than stated. Worth the money.
