Beautifully presented book that has great pictures of Turkey. A must for anyone who has travelled there and loves not just the food but the chance to relive memories of this beautiful country.
Recipes are easy to follow and this book looks great on the coffee table.

I think this cookbook gives, besides tasty recipes,a taste of Turkey as well. Some of the recipes ask for ingredients that I do not recognize and there is no glossary to help, but perhaps I missed the description in the text between the recipes. I will go back and look again. I appreciate when she describes what is an authentic recipe and which have been adjusted for easier use in the Americas. The pictures are great and I am eager to try all the recipes.

I am working my way slowly through these recipes - fantastic yoghurt lemon soup, slow roast spiced lamb with pomegranate apples, tangy barley based salad, fantastic photography .
