I have been cooking for 44 years, and the use of leftovers from the Thanksgiving and Christmas holidays has always been a dilemma ! You can find individual recipes, but never a collection . And what a collection it is !! I never realized that there were so many ways to use up the bird--but I am delighted with the cookbook ! I like to cook a 25 lb. turkey for the two holidays, and I usually have 15 lbs. left. What to do after you make your 8th turkey with mayo sandwich?? This book has all the answers, offers great variety, and the recipes are DELICIOUS ! What a great stocking stuffer !

My husband has been pining for turkey for the entire 30 years we've been married. After about the 2nd day of Turkey, potatos, and gravy my imagination is limited. This cookbook is great to keep going with all of those leftovers as well as any frozen turkey. Aunt Wyannie's Great Northwest Turkey Bake was my favorite since I am from the Northwest. It was scrumptious!! The recipes were incredibly varied and from all over. This one is going to be a stocking stuffer for all of those Thanksgiving and Christmas Turkey Chefs!!
