5.0 out of 5 stars Deeply touching music from the world's best baglama player, March 22, 1999
By A Customer
This review is from: Turkish Sufi Music: Folk Lute of Anatolia (Audio CD)
If you wonder about Turkish folk music here is the best way to listen through a wonderful collection of most beloved samples and authentic compositions ...Especially Haydar Haydar which is considered as being one of the most difficult pieces in the tradition is a summit in the art of baglama (Turkish folk music instrument with three double-strings) playing.

This review is from: Turkish Sufi Music: Folk Lute of Anatolia (Audio CD)
I have lived all my life in Anatolia. Since my childhood, I have tried hard to reach real authentic Anatolian Music. New times usually robs us of the real traditional roots we have grown upon. Cicek's album is a great opportunity for everyone to both rediscover their roots and dive into a new fruitful experience.
