My husband and I have been going to hotels for years, where we would have these lucious thick white terry cloth/or terry velour robes to cuddle up in. I have searched high and low for anything to come even close to match the quality of these robes..and I finally found it here!!! The weight of these robes are just right, the length is good, although the arms could be a little longer (we are quite tall, and both have longer arms), but they are ok.
The terry loops are just a tiny bit loose, which if not careful, catch on things, but all in all, WELL DONE!!
This is a purchase I would make again!!!
Oh yes, and the merchants were quick and reliable, and I liked the way in which they shipped the robes to me.

I just want to say I am thrilled with this robe.It's plush and heavy,comfortable,soft and luxurious.Everything you look for in a hotel robe,for far less than other comparable robes on Amazon.Plus a free monogram if you want it.The robe arrived the day after I ordered it,and there was a hand written note in the package,thanking me for my purchase.Talk about personalized service!The Best!

We got this robe delivered yesterday. I was a little disappointed only because the embroidary I requested was not on it. So I decided to send them an e-mail.

Today, we got another bathrobe with the embroidary... I guess they sent one without it by mistake and as soon as they caught it, they sent another correct one! That's what I call customer service. In a day when most company don't even admit their mistakes, turkishtowels blew me away with their quick response to thier mistake. Highly recommended.

On the robe itself, it's a very good quality like the ones they have at those 4/5 star hotels.

The description and photos indicated that the robe was 50 inches inches in lenght. That was the only reason for this purchase, as I intended to use it during winter months I wanted a ankle lenght robe. The delivery time was excellent. However, when I opened the package and tried the robe on, I realized that it was well short at only 46 inches long, after washing it, it is now 45 inches long. The robe is of good quality so I decided to keep it rather than going through the hassle and expense of returning it. Obviously, the description is very misleading, I will not buy from this seller again.

We purchased two of these robes for our guest room to give guests more of a "hotel" feel. They are as described and we really like them.

From the most amazingly comfy and well made robe i could imagine to the most friendly service, super fast shipping and packaging that shows you how much they care, these guys are the real deal! Plus they put your name on it for free and mail it to ya in a plastic case with a thank you note. I gave them 5 stars but if i could give them 6 stars i would! I'd definetely buy from them again and you should too! Anyone you get one of these robes for as a gift will LOVE you for it! :)

it's a robe !!! It is soft but several inches shorter than expected and I'm only 5'1"... The model must be 4'11"...

This robe is marvelous. It is big and heavy and thick and well made. I had given up hope that such things could be found anymore. Service from the seller is excellent, too.

I bought this as a present for someone who is a size 14. I expected a large to fit but it was enormous. Need to exchange for the smaller size. Material is nice.

As the review title suggests this is a plush, warm, comfortable robe. I bought it to replace a terry bathrobe that I have had for about 12 years and was falling apart. The robe I received was very much like the description. It is a heavy, substantial robe that I anticipate will last for many years.

The only thing I don't like about the robe is that small threads seem to fall off every time I use it. The more I use it the less the shedding, but after having the robe for about three weeks it still happens. Sometimes the shedding rubs off on me. That is why I took off one star from the review.

Overall I am happy with the robe at this point. So far it has been a serviceable robe and a good replacement for my first, now ratty, one.
