"Turn it Around" is yet another excellent Duke Robillard offering which features guest artist Suzanne Forest. This album was released about the same time as the Fabulous Thunderbirds' "Walk that Walk, Talk that Talk" disc, and Duke's guitar and vocals are on the same high level as on the latter. Add angelic vocals by Ms. Forest and this disc is a superb representation of vintage Duke Robillard. Anybody who enjoys blues, Texas rock 'n roll and r&b needs to add this to their collection. While you're at it, pick up "Rockin' Blues" and " You Got Me" for more vintage rock 'n roll done right.

i originally bought this disc for the song "i think you know", duke's tribute to stevie ray vaughn. but in typical duke robillard fashion he destroys all through the cd. a very talented and versatile guitarist, duke consistently puts out quality cd's.

This is at that intersection of blues and rock, with great vocals and a tight band. A favorite for long drives. Recommended.
