The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills were my first "housewives" so I'm a late-comer to the Real Housewives franchise. As they were my first, I've come to love them the best, as I now watch ALL of the Housewives series. Season One of BH was Great. They're certianly entertaining. I watched the series when it aired and then watched it again on DVD. Check it out and you'll be hooked.

Much more info and better pacing on the director's cut. Same outcome: Allison Dubois and Camille make themselves out to be terrible human beings. But it's more detailed and entertaining!

Loved this installation of the Real Housewives franchise! So much drama, blond hair and silicone. A veritable bimbo soup! Delish! I'm a huge fan of the Housewives reality shows and this one definitely delivers! A must buy if you're into this 'genre' of tv. A+++

Real Housewives of B.H. is my guilty pleasure. I've never watched the others, but one night, skipping through On Demand, I turned on an episode and that was it...I was totally hooked. I realize I'm outing myself here, because until now, it was a guilty private pleasure. But it's worth it. Every juicy, lurid, skanky, narcissistic second is packed with venom. This episode has so many gnarly "Oh my God!" moments, I didn't even care that I paid two dollars for a show with little longevity. It was instant gratification and I was happy to indulge. If you like this series, you'll love the finale...and you'll watch it more than once, I promise. Recommended.

I didn't become a fan of Real Housewives of Beverly Hills until the 2nd season, so, I had to go back and watch season 1. It was nice watching it because it gave some background of the characters that I didn't previously know from watching later on in the seasons. Very entertaining. Made me hate Camille even more. She's horrible. Other than her being on it, I really liked this season.

Real Housewives of Bev Hills is my guilty pleasure! I like watching it because it's very absorbing for me to see how the other half lives.

This episode had a lot of drama. Everything started off friendly. It sounded like Camille wanted to make peace. It sounded like Kyle was eager to mend broken fences. Interestingly though, both women were anticipating conflict. Kyle was talking with Faye in the car. It sounded like Kyle and Faye already had the opinion that Camille was not a good person. Camille and her friends were joking about kicking old friends to the curb. I think the dinner party was probably doomed from the start. No one really entered the party with an open mind.

When Camille brought up the fact that Faye had done playboy, she should have known no good would come out of that. When Kyle and Faye started whispering about Camille's psychic friend, it was disrespectful. There's really no point in going to a dinner party if you can't even be civil. All those women should have known what would happen. If you are going into something and there is already tension, then something will happen. It's like having a powder keg ready to explode.

A lot of people don't like Camille's friends. They did get very aggressive and mean, but they were defending their friend. It's the same as what Kyle's friends would have done, if they were wittier. In the end of the episode, where the girls all ditched Kyle's sister Kim, it just showed
what Camille was saying, those women were really willing to turn on each other.

It really does take two people to continue an argument and have a fight.

Cammile, shut up. Wow. You say Kyle set you up, I think you set her up. What was not surprising was that Kyle's whining sister didn't back her up. She expects everything and gives nothing. Going over and hugging Cammile, oh, you look stunning, yuck, blech. In future episodes she gets mad when Kyle is going to accept an apology from someone after an argument and whines about it for 3 seasons. Allows everyone to gang up on her sister without one word, but nobody can say one thing to her without her being up in arms that the world "doesn't support her." I am so sick, so so sick of the support thing with her. Support Kyle once in a while. I have never once seen her back her sister up. every event is made about her. If Kyle is happy, let's have a major crying issue or argument to make it about her and her drinking or not drinking or medication or no medication or the wrong medication. Gawd. Move away. And C. trying to make it that Kyle is jealous. Hahahahaha. Of what?

I think some of these women need to realize that they need to be professional at all times. I think some of them are tarnishing themselves professionally. You can not go to little dinner parties, air kiss, and shout so loud the veins pop out of your neck; and act like your reputation is still in tact. I think they need to take some advice from Adrienne and Lisa.

Camille, I am absolutely in shock to how oblivious and passive you sound in this episode and this entire show. And I am absolutely appalled by your behavior as a mother, the whole dynamic of your household is hilarious to me. Camille, I am boycotting anything that has your name on it. I already know Camille's response, "it's jealously." Honey, with all that money you need to get your eyes fixed.
