I have been using black Color Cure for about 6 months or so now on my 07 FJ Cruiser. The biggest plus to this product is that it actually does work to hide small surface scratches and chips. I have a few spots where small rocks have chipped the paint and I have filled in the paint with the "Chipstick" and then wiped away the excess. After covering the area with a good coat of the wax and wiping it away as instructed (allowing it to dry to a paste first) the chips are not noticeable from a foot away.It does not repair the scratches or chips, but does hide them while helping to generate a glossy mirror like shine to the non scratched areas of the vehicle. Yesterday I had someone vandalize my car and make a deep scratch in the paint down to the metal. I have about a two week wait to get it in the body shop, so I tried the Chipstick & wax to mask the scratch. I was amazed that after working in the waxy Chipstick and applying a couple coats of wax the scratch was barely noticable. I still Know it is there, but to the average person walking by it would appear that I had a freshly detailed car with clean paint. In my experience the best approach is to clean the car well, fill in with the Chipstick, Apply a coat or two of the black wax, and then follow with a coat of premium high tech wax. THE SINGLE GREATEST ATTRIBUTE OF THIS WAX IS THAT AFTER APPLYING IT AND WIPING IT AWAY THERE IS NO LEFT OVER WHITE CRUSTY MARKS TO BE FOUND ON THE VEHICLE PAINT OR PLASTIC...
