The real deal,
By Chi Chi Rodriguez (Anacortes, WA) - See all my reviews
This review is from: Tuscan Cookery (Bonechi) (Paperback)
The recipes in this book are authentic to the way of cooking in Italy. This book is really not for beginners though. Plus, you really need a good farmer's market to be able to get these ingredients fresh. That said, there's nothing like real Italian food. This is so different from Macaroni Grill or Olive Garden!

Tuscan Cookery,

This review is from: Tuscan Cookery (Bonechi) (Paperback)
This book is not for the inexperienced in Tuscan cookery, or for that matter, Italian cookery. The cooking directions assume one has a fairly high level of experience. Cooking directions are vague, no directions for preparation, list of ingredients don't always match directions. I would recommend a cookbook that is more basic and more thorough for those that are beginner Tuscan cooks.
