The creator and the Master
Matt Mahoney is arguably, the creator and the master of DSP based testing in ATE. His illustrious career at LTX, during LTX's glory years was the basis for this book. This book should be the first, and will likely need to be the last, DSP based testing book anyone ever needs to read.
