This is the only video I know of that tells the story of Jake Burton's efforts to take snowboarding to the mainstream.you'll see jake get kicked out of snowparks till he finally gains access at Stratton, Vermont. Also pioneer shredder Jacobi and Peter Bauer and early days of serious racing.Also how the snowboard evolved from the Snurfer.....really takes you back if you are a boomer and started snowboarding in the late 80's or early 90's.It sort of ignores Tom Barfoot's pioneering contributions, but hey, it is produced by Burton Snowboarding and Racing...
