I'm a professional Nail Technician and I absolutely love these. After 6 years this is only my second pair. I love the fact that these have no hinge so when you forget and leave it in your Barbacide too long, they don't rust or get gunky. I will say they take some serious getting used to and two coworkers over the years have seen mine and tried them and couldn't get used to them. They aren't for everyone but I find I have a great control since you hold them so close to the jaw and I have only had to replace them once in 6 years - unlike replacing the other kind at least once a year. If you can give them some time you will really see the advantage for daily professional use.
