Best slant tweezers on the market so far...,

You can pull out eyebrow hairs that will make you proud! I know it sounds silly, but I get a kick out of grabbing a hold of those hard to get, still in the skin hairs. These tweezers will get those hard to get, not ready to come out of their hiding place hairs. They are incredible well built and I appreciate the fact that they came with a tip cover, because as most people know, it only takes one bad fall to ruin a good pair of tweezers if they land on the tip. Also, the lifetime guaranteed and free lifetime sharpening (you have to mail them in, but what's $0.50 in postage?) makes them a bargain at $18.00 or so. Go get em'!

Excellent quality and absolutely wonderful to use. To all those people who complain about the tweezer not pulling the hair from the roots completely as it's supposed to, try this: Wash the area to be tweezed with hot water, wipe. Pull and stretch the skin around the hairs you're aiming to tweeze (with left hand if you're tweezing with your right) towards the direction of growth of hair . If your hair on your brow for instance, grows towards your right side, apply LITTLE pressure on the tweezer while tweezing and pull TOWARD the direction of growth, which is your right in this case. While doing your upper lip, use your tongue to push against the inside of your upper lip.

For me a good tweezer is well worth paying for and this is a very good tweezer. I had the same one, this brand, for six years and then dropped it and it went out of alignment. I immediately ordered my new tweezer. If not dropped I suspect this would last a lifetime.

I have used tweezers for a long time and never thought much about them. When I first used this tweezer, I was very impressed. I didn't know tweezers could be made this well. Compared to this, other tweezers felt like cheap toys. It's that different. When you grab a hair, the hold is firm and decisive and doesn't break the hair when you pull.
I highly recommed this tweezer and would definitely buy it again.

Not the Best for Chin Hairs,
By Bekks (Texas USA) - See all my reviews

I am sorry to say that I found Tweezerman to be okay but not as great as the recommendations from many of the reviewers. Maybe I just have super tight hair follicles on my chin. The tweezers may be good at initially finding the hair but my experience is that several times the hair slipped out from between the tips or the tweezers broke many finer hairs. I purchased a pair of Rubis Perforated Stainless Steel Tweezers and they are superb!

I had one tweezer for 10+ years and I wanted to replace it since it went out of alignement. I tried few different tweezers and I was not happy with them... finally, I got this one. And I can tell you that this tweezer does the job.
It pulls out all hairs without breaking them. Alignment is perfect, so it gets very short, thin hair without any problems. One note: very sharp. Not for people with shaky hands, since you might end up hurting yourself. I'm glad that tweezer has protective cap, so I don't hurt myself while searching for it in my bag. They offer sharpening services - but considering how sharp it is, I'm not sure if this service will be needed... and lifetime guarantee is amazing - whatever happens to it, you get another one. This is a great tweezer, and it's absolutely worth the money.

The Tweezerman tweezers are easily the best I've ever used. Compared to Revlon and other cheapies, which sometimes just don't grip well (a problem when going for those little brow hairs), these make the job a breeze. But I do keep misplacing them...?!

pretty good, but not the best,

I bought this tweezer because of the positive reviews, but agree with some users that the tweezer is too sharp, and frequently break off my finer hair. I am still searching for a replacement for my favorite retired tweezer.

IGNORE THE HYPE - DON'T DO THE JOB,
This review is from: Tweezerman Stainless Steel Slant Tweezer, Midnight Sky (Health and Beauty)
When I saw these tweezers I was really excited because I know how hard it is to find a great tweezer. I decided to try them because they had alot of positive feedback. Let me just say that they did not live up to my expectations. When I first used them, they were flat together and had very little "spring" which left little force to get those short, difficult hairs. The packag said you can slowly pull them apart for more resistance, but that did not change the fact that the tips are very sharp and they hurt your face without pulling out the smaller hairs. When I targeted one hair in particular, the tweezers failed to pull it out and just kinked it up, forcing me to use a different pair of tweezers to grab the imbedded hair. For the price, I was very surprised that they were not the best pair of tweezers I ever had. I would never buy these again and I suggest that others save their money.
