I loved these book marks. I am a teacher and I plan to use them in my classroom. What better way to introduce your students to great works of art. I love Degas and I am sure my students will learn to love him too.The price is also right! You can afford to give a few away and still have plenty for yourself to enjoy.

It's hard to review bookmarks - they have such a simple job to do. However, I admit that not only are these bookmarks visually inviting, but are quiet useful coming in a book of twelve. It's nice to have a spare ready - particularly when you tend to juggle several books as I do!

I bought these for an art-appreciative cousin who loves reading. They weren't much (I was aiming for the free shipping and this was a great filler) but I definitely feel I got my money's worth. 12 full-color heavy-weight paper bookmarks, and bound (as perforated tear-outs) in a book that can go on the bookshelf itself. Highly recommended for the bookworms you know.

I bought these to fill out the last few dollars I needed in my cart for the free shipping. They are very nice, but as enlarged details from a painting, the images are sometimes blurry... which I didn't mind, because it works alright with the style. My only compaint is the white borders around them. I cut all of them off, they made the bookmarks look cheap. They have a very nice, shiny finish, but I also recommend coating them with laminating paper. I do that with all my bookmarks and they last much longer and resist water damage.

I really like 10 of the 12 bookmarks. They are very pretty, with a variety of poses and colors. But one dancer has as a somewhat deformed-looking face, while another has grey skin. No offense to Degas -- those just aren't my favorite. They seem to be about 6 inches tall, so they're best for small and medium books. The title of the painting is on the back of each bookmark. Overall, I'm very happy, and they would make a nice gift.

Great gifts for reading group or students. The colorful artwork on these book-marks were very beautiful for the price paid.

These bookmarks are so nice and they really come in handy. You can't beat the price for the amount of bookmarks you receive. Excellent value!

I bought these as a gift for a friend and they are pretty nice and just as described - they are perforated for separation which leaves a rough edge on the one side, but for 12 and a half cents each there's not really much to complain about!

From Dover, the publisher that has given us so many famous-artist sticker books, comes TWELVE DEGAS DANCERS BOOKMARKS, which consists of six postcard-heavy pages, each with two side-by-side bookmarks, perforation in between to separate them.

Considering what "arty" or beautiful bookmarks can cost in a store or museum and not be of much more durability, this is a bargain: where else can you get such beauty at a quarter a shot? And the portraits are indeed of ballerinas with Degas' legendary color and lighting from below. They are details cut from larger, full-framed originals to account for the differing formats, but astonishingly beautiful nonetheless.

Get one for yourself, and consider picking up a couple more as gift-fillers, stocking-stuffers, or in lieu of a fatuous birthday card that costs more, says little and portrays nothing. Highest recommendation.

These book marks, and the others like it, are he best kept secret on Amazon! They are so inexpensive, yet such a great value. You get a book full of colorful bookmarks that you can perforate and take out to use. The artwork is beautiful. These make such a nice gift to send with a birthday card. The whole book fits in a card nicely. These would make nice stocking stuffers, or teacher gifts. At this price you could purchase multiple sets to have on hand. I highly recommend this product!
