Book Description

1980
Drawing on forty eight years of experience in meditation, Gurudevv Shree Chitrabhanu brings to life ancient reflections on reality known as bhavanas. Originally taught only to the aspirants in India, Gurudev now offers them to all who seek to touch the permanent reality of their life behind the ever-changing elements of existence. Each chapter presents different facets of reality which reveal the inherent perfection and radiant quality of the enlightened human consciousness. By taking each bahavana into your living, you begin to focus on life instead of death, on fullness instead of lack, on inner strength instead of dependency, on unity instead of alienation. In this tranformation of perception lies the path to your freedom.
