This is truth teachings that reaches your soul just by reading it. There are techniques to use in most of the chapters to help raise your vibration without realizing it. I read it in one day, I couldn't put it down. This is also a good book to refer to often, one chapter at a time depending what you need empowerment in. Some days may be difficult. This is the book I turn to for direction, guidance, truth, and inspiration. We are spiritual beings having a human experience at a very important time in history. These are the 12 truth teachings that we are here to master in our life today. This is what you have been looking for.
