It's a lovely little gem of a book..., December 4, 2003

This review is from: Twelve Positive Habits of Spiritually Centered People (Paperback)
This "easy to digest" little book is stocked with good practical advice. The premise is that our spiritual health is linked to the delicate balance between our physical, emotional and spiritual daily habits. But the advice is very specific and detailed and includes little daily practices that are easy to implement. It explores areas like how we eat, how we assert ourselves, how to gauge whether we are over-stimulated or under-stimulated, and much more. For some reason, the anecdotal examples are engaging and many make references to the work of Edgar Cayce. I practice psychotherapy and have used some of the exercises to help my patients "build muscle" in certain areas. It's a great keeper as well as a great gift. One of the few books in my repetoire that I've read twice.
