5.0 out of 5 stars Really to the point!
I'm really glad I stumbled across this book! It states some profound truths so simply that you might actually think they are not important--but they are SO important--for example, it reminds us that "your home is under your hat." 1.0 out of 5 stars I was very disappointed with this book.
This book was a complete waste of time. The one good thing I can say about it is, it only takes about five minutes to read. The book spends fifty pages to say stress is bad. I have had more indepth reading on cereal boxes.

I'm really glad I stumbled across this book! It states some profound truths so simply that you might actually think they are not important--but they are SO important--for example, it reminds us that "your home is under your hat." In this world of acquisitiveness, it's a powerful reminder that nothing outside of ourselves is who we are--nothing we can buy or get makes us different inside. That's what we have to work on. I have used a biofeedback machine--and I can attest to the accuracy of this book from my own personal experience. By the way, the book is small, so I am able to carry it with me and when I have a spare moment (like when I am riding the subway), I can refer to it and keep myself focused. I highly recommend it!
