More About the Author

Elise Logan writes completely hot stories that cross genres and boundaries.

Elise, born in Texas, currently lives in Virginia, though she has lived in various southern locales. She has a massive aversion to the cold and a virulent dislike of non-competition compliant chili.

She began writing short children's stories in grade school and moved to angsty poetry and essays in her teens, even making a foray into lyrics. College and graduate school put a hold on fiction writing, but the stories kept piling up. Finally, in the midst of raising her daughter and trying to finish her dissertation, she gave up the fight and began writing fiction.

Though the dissertation is still in the works (though thankfully nearing completion), Elise's fiction has placed in multiple contests and her stories have found homes at Freya's Bower and Liquid Silver Books.

Did I say Hot?!

I very much enjoyed Twice as high. The plot was well rounded and told very well. The sex was, dare I say it again--hot. Hot enough to sizzle.

I don't normally read menage stories or paranormal, but Elise Logan has me on this one! I want more. More of this story.

Maddy needs protection. Kyle and Julian plan to do that, but there is more to the story then meets the eye as Maddy is to discover. First, she has dreams about these two men, BEFORE she ever meets them. Second, she finds out they are from another planet. Can she believe them? Can they protect her. Read "Twice as High" and find out. I highly recommend this book. If it was possible to give it a 4.75 rating myself, I would. Alas, 4 stars is all it will allow.

This book will heat you up and make you laugh, too.

In my world that's a good thing. I thoroughly enjoyed the story, and think the Ms. Logan did a fabulous job drawing me in, and entertaining me. If you enjoy great storytelling, lovable characters, and some humor with your heat, you'll love Twice As High.
