This item was ordered on 12/8, well before christmas and delivery was promised by Christmas 2009. Not only did I never receive the product (although payment was deducted from my account), but the seller never even notified me of any issues. When the product did not arrive by Christmas I contacted the seller asking for information and a replacement or refund of this product/payment. I received no response. I contacted the seller twice with my specific contact information, order # etc. Never received a response after a couple of weeks. I finally contacted Amazon.com directly and received a full refund. I was only then contacted by the seller and told that the product had been damaged in shipment and returned to them well before my delivery date. They never notified me of this before and were going to keep the payment if I had not contacted Amazon.com. They also said at this time that they had no more of the product in stock, although they had 2 others of the exact same product still advertised on Amazon.com for sale the same day I received this message. This is a VERY shady seller and I will NEVER BUY from them again, and will make sure I suggest the same from all I know. BUYERS BEWARE!!!!
