I purchased the light for my daughter's sweet 16 party and it stopped turning half way through the night. We tried everything we could think of to get it to turn again but it just wouldn't. After we got it home, it started turning again just fine.

This is tons of fun. The little mirror squares started falling off after only a couple days though. I don't think I'd buy this again for that reason.

Two granddaughters wanted a disco ball but I didn't wanted to get one that had to be mounted on the ceiling and then have colored lights to spot light the ball. This is a great compromise. It sits wherever and has numerous colored lights that are reflected. Also great that they can move it from their bedrooms to the playroom. Seems pretty sturdy and is a great buy for the money.
