Just purchased this bed frame and trundle it is very sturdy and rolls easily on casters. This will work well for my overnight guests.. I had researched this quite allot before purchasing - local stores and online - and I feel I got a good product at a good price.thanks.

Purchsed this item to use in one of my guest rooms. So far it has worked out perfectly. Is a great space saver. Arrived promptly and without any damage. Was delivered by semi and I helped driver carry boxed items in.

Frame took a little muscle to put together, but overall very easy. There were traces of black lubricant on the framing. I didn't notice until it got on my carpet. Highly recommend wipe frame parts down with a cloth prior to assembly.

This product is exactly as described. It is a great addition to my spare bedroom. The pop-up trundle is of good quality and this set is a great bargain when compared to mattress store prices. I have nothing but wonderful things to say about the seller. My first set arrived damaged- clearly the shipper put a forklift through the box. The seller was prompt and courteous when I reported the damage. After submitting photos of the damage, they shipped out a new set that arrived in perfect condition. I would definitely do business with them again!

I received this frame and trundle promptly, though there was some damage to the trundle, it took a while to get a response (and it kind of sounded like a young kid or someone that didn't know grammer at all was the one I was trying to communicate with) and a replacement, but the new one was sent without too much issue, and is great. I am satisfied overall and would purchase again from this seller if I had it to do over. Thank you!

Purchased Twin size steel bed frame & pop up trundle. Was very happy with product. Easy to use for guests. Excellent email customer service from 2K Furniture Designs, and delivery service as well. Highly recommend this product and company.

Frame arrived in 2 days and it was easy to put together. All the pieces were included and directions were easy to follow. It is a strong metal frame! The pop up trundle is fully assembled and slid right under the frame. I should have bought one of these years ago- it is a great way to have extra bed space!

Frankly, the bed frame is alright and a fair value for the money.

The problem lies with the company. Rather, the company has a problem with lying. 2K called to arrange delivery "before noon" and failed to show up until 4 pm. Missing half a day at work is bad enough - taking time off and being stood up really stinks. My 4 phone calls to 2K that afternoon inquiring as to their whereabouts went unanswered; they all went straight to voice mail and nobody ever called us back. Don't trust 2K to respect your time or provide any sort of customer service.
