Something has to get me moving in the morning & usually its coffee. I learned about this stuff from a healthnut so I bought a bottle at the local vitamin store. Its great, Im gently awake & alert. Not hyper or overstimulated. The biggest thing I notice is that I dont get the afternoon crash/ desperate need for another coffee. I feel just fine, still awake & alert.My friends have tried it & now we take turns buying in bulk on Amazon to get it half the price as at the vitamin shops. The bottles dont last long so I thought maybe if I took vitamin Choline pills it would be the same thing for less money, but that, even when taken with coffee didnt work the same. It must be the combination of ingredients that works so well. Just thought Id throw that in there. I still drink redbull later in the day before exercise.
