Our Organic tea comes from mountain top gardens tended by traditional methods. These selected special pristine tea gardens where no preservatives or chemicals are used. In these tea gardens master planters nurture tea bushes with natural organic biomass and loving care. Only these tea gardens are used for Twinpeak tea. Organic oolong tea is a semi-fermented variety, representing a mid-range of the qualities of black and green teas and displaying a certain balance and harmony. This is a remarkable tea - light in color yet fine flavored, fresh and kind to the palate, unexpected in such an economical tea. I am comparing to eg Touch Organic which is very good but darker and more full bodied, but somewhat less fine in its flavor. With honey this is a very sweet experience which can be repeated many times a day.
