Soft acrylic knit with sequined star appliqués and a twinkling LED star Long-lasting battery (included) allows center star to twinkle for up to 72 hours To activate blinking star, remove small, white tab from star. From inside sweater, twist mechanism clockwise. To deactivate star, turn mechanism counter-clockwise. To remove battery for replacement, turn mechanism counter-clockwise until compartment opens. Replace with 3-volt lithium battery.

Very Cute sweater. Would comment that the chest size is smaller than the chart describes. Seemes that the back length is accurate, but my dog had to squeese into it cause it was tight around the neck and chest.
