Soft acrylic knit with sequined star appliqués and a twinkling LED star Long-lasting battery (included) allows center star to twinkle for up to 72 hours To activate blinking star, remove small, white tab from star. From inside sweater, twist mechanism clockwise. To deactivate star, turn mechanism counter-clockwise. To remove battery for replacement, turn mechanism counter-clockwise until compartment opens. Replace with 3-volt lithium battery.

It's a very nice sweater that fits my daughter's shih tzu mix well. The LED is a bit "finicky" though, and takes some fiddling to get it turned properly to stay on, but once it's set, it's fine. It's something she likes putting on and can work herself (She's 12.) so it's a fine sweater for anyone with a little dog in a cold climate.
