I have multiple food allergies and this is the best Vitamin C I have found to ward off any reactions! It works fast and is not loaded with extra stuff that so many synthetic vitamins are. I highly recommend it!

I have a sensitive stomach, so need buffered vitamin C. I prefer to buy my supplements in glass rather than plastic, so I don't trash the planet while trying to bring health to my body. Capsules are easier to digest and better than tablets (which have fillers, sort of like glue). They are not perfect: I wish they were veggie caps. All in all, this glass-packaged Vitamin C caps by Twinlab are the best for all these reasons, at the most reasonable price. I've been taking them for years.

I've been buying this brand and type of C for years now. It works well for allergy protection and overall well-
being. I take large doses at a time, but find your own quantity to take daily, as all forms of vitamin C can cause
flatulence in large doses. I believe these ALLERGY-C capsules made from sago palm to be fast acting in body and
can help for depression some-what too. By the way, for milk-drinkers with bad allergies > try eliminating milk for
a month or so(if u drink it already that is), and it will do wonders along with vitamin C to eliminate allergies.
