Muscle Recovery,
This review is from: Twinlab Creatine Fuel Powder, Micronized Formula, 35.27 Ounce (1000 g) (Health and Beauty)
The benefits of Creatine Monohydrate are quickly evident after a few days of taking this product. Once injested, creatine makes its way to the bloodstream and then into the cells of muscle tissue. It can help increase muscle size as muscle tissue cells are made up of 70% water and when muscle cells absorb the creatine, they also absorb water.Scientific research supports the theory that as cell volumizing increases, the rate of protein metabolism also increases and this leads to faster muscular development. Our bodies make its own store of Creatine. Howeer, when stores in the body are depleted from physical exertion, the level of Adenosine Triphosphate diminishes and this causes muscle fatigue. The levels of Creatine available to muscle fiber determines the amount of ATP produced. Helps to attain greater physical conditioning or can be used for faster recovery. I've noticed it even helps after you garden or do anything that is just more physical than normal. The next day I am not as sore. I mix Creatine Monohydrate into my chocolate GeniSoy Protein Shake. You can't taste it and it is just basically a neutral flavored powder. It seems expensive, but you only use a teaspoon. For information on serum products, visit creatine.com. It is recommended that you take a teaspoon after each workout. Consult with your personal trainer to see if this product is for you. Also do some research on this product for long-term use. This product can stress the kidneys and cause stomach problems. This product is on a "most unwanted" list in my KISS Guide to Weight Loss. So, I guess if one thing won't kill you, another will. Books: Natural Power Builders: The Pros and Cons Creatine: The Power Supplement Creatine: What you need to know Take with caution. Too much of a good thing, might be bad for your health. Do your research, stay safe. ~The Rebecca Review
