This is good stuff if you're not in the mood for coffee, or you don't like coffee altogether. It'll give you a nice boost mentally and physically. You can also fool with the dosage depending on your taste. Because this powder is quite strong, I prefer to water it down a little more than the directions suggest. I think this has a better overall flavor than the regular Choline Cocktail, too. I've been drinking it regularly for more than ten years, and I still have all my fingers and toes. I think it's especially refreshing after an afternoon nap, or in the heat of summer with a few ice cubes. Also, when mixing this powder, I reccommend that you don't mix it in cold water, as the powder molecules will end up clumping together. Your best bet is to find an empty smaller size plastic bottle, and mix it in there. Then, shake it up, and add ice. That'll work out just fine.

This is the type of product that takes a long while to evaluate its effectiveness. I bought it to increase my memory and brain functions; however, I've only been taking it about 6 months. It beats everything else that I saw that is out there on the market. I always buy supplements from a well known name, and I trust products from TwinLab.

Very impressed with this product. About 15 minutes after ingesting it I began to feel like I could think more clearly and less anxious. I feel like this is a supplement that I will take every morning in college. There is nothing quite like it.

A great alternative to prescription drugs with ridiculous side effects. I noticed increase attention, memory, and feelings of well being. More energy as well. Probably overall the best combo supplement I've tried. The only downside is it is somewhat expensive considering this price is only for 9 servings. But as long as it works it'll most definitely pay for itself.

I love how this stuff works energy, clear thinking and not hungry all the time. I hate how it taste but for the other stuff I can take it.

I have ordered this twice and both times the packing left me with a broken jar. Not only did I not get the choline, the remaining jars were coated with the sticky dust and glass fragments. I received nothing from the seller even though I wrote to complain. The price is good, but when you adjust for damages it doen't really pan out.
